Cancellation & Refund Policy

ERATHEM CURIOS PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

Under this policy:

• If you receive a damaged or defective item or not as shown on the site or not as per your expectations, please report it to our Customer Service team. Return requests must be initiated within 2 days of receiving the product.
• Once a damaged order is returned and the claim is approved, the replacement will be delivered within 7 days.
• If a return is approved, the exchanged or replaced product will be delivered within 10 days. 
• Once approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 15 business days.​​​​​​​
